Currently, I lead the design and implementation of core features for Amazon's Rufus AI shopping assistant, where I oversee cross-functional design teams to create groundbreaking solutions for millions of mobile app users. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of pioneering new interaction patterns, from integrating LLM capabilities into Amazon’s mobile app to shaping the future of voice and multi-modal shopping with Alexa.
With experience ranging from leading UX for a $2B e-commerce brand at West Elm to running my own design consultancy, I bring a diverse perspective that combines deep technical knowledge with creative problem-solving. Some of my other projects include work with Bloomberg LLC, Starwood Capital, Marriott International, Disney, IBM, and the Qatar Museum Authority. My work is driven by a strong belief in the power of collaboration, whether it’s coordinating across teams to build a design system from the ground up or aligning executive leadership around a shared vision for innovation.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from Yale University and a Master’s degree in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute, along with international coursework in film and literature. I’m always looking for ways to push the boundaries of design, harnessing technology to create experiences that are as functional as they are impactful.
